50-minute in person or telehealth sessions available. Individual counseling for adults or teens who feel stuck in anxiety, depression, shame, or repeating relational patterns. Together we can uncover the roots of what is driving your struggles and create meaningful and lasting internal design change using ERP, EMDR, and trauma-informed attachment-based therapeutic modalities.
80-minute in person session. If you feel stuck in recurring arguments, distance, or emotional disconnect, therapy can help you understand the deeper attachment needs underneath the conflict. We work together using trauma-informed attachment-based therapeutic modalities to create space for both partners to feel heard, safe, and valued while addressing core patterns of conflict, ultimately transforming hurt into healing.
110-minute in person session. When stress, life transitions, or past hurts are affecting the whole family, therapy can help. Using trauma-informed family systems and attachment-based approaches we work together as a team to create safety, healthy connection, and lasting change.
Rachel Anderson
I practice compassionately in affiliation with Christian Counseling Services of AZ as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) under the supervision of Candace Cook, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Central to my work is the belief that lasting change occurs when the whole person’s internal design- body, soul, and spirit is honored and addressed.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and utilize other trauma-informed therapeutic modalities. I am particularly skilled at helping clients identify and understand deeply entrenched patterns, heal unresolved wounds, and develop healthier emotional and relational responses.
